drop-in programs
drop-in play
Can’t commit to a team or a regular schedule? Drop-in programs are a great way to stay fit, connect with others and have fun!
- membership or drop-in admission required
- open to participants of all ages unless otherwise specified
- children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by a responsible person of 12 years or older
- activities are not supervised and are participated in at an individual’s own risk
- some equipment is available for use in exchange for membership card or a $5 deposit
- full equipment is required for drop-in ice activities, lacrosse and ball hockey
- shinny participants must be 18 years of age or older and all games will be held to a maximum
of 26 players
- classes will not be offered on statutory holidays
drop-in group fitness
- drop-in fitness classes offer something for everyone; all fitness levels are accommodated for.
- fitness drop-in programs are open to participants 16 years or age or older, youth who are
13-15 years of age will also be permitted upon completion of the smart start for teens
orientation program.

*For 9 - 10:30 p.m. adult shinny hockey please note that all participants must pick up a special shinny wristband (available after 5 p.m. only one per person) from the guest and members services desk.
