Interested in training for a specific career? These programs will prepare you for law enforcement (Police, RCMP), Firefighter, Military and other professions that require specific training and testing.
law enforcement
This 10-week program targets those who are interested in joining local law enforcement agencies such as Edmonton Police, RCMP, and Sheriffs department. The program is designed to prepare possible recruits for entry-level fitness testing and internal fitness testing for their designated law enforcement agency.
The program consists of:
• PARE testing (unofficial) pre and post program.
• Other fitness testing related to their day-to-day activities as an officer and to the physical development of the possible recruit.
• Intermediate and advanced athletic style circuit classes that are designed to target metabolic conditioning (aerobic & anaerobic).
• Maximal Strength and Power Development for both lower and upper body using our Sports Performance & Occupational Health Track Corner.
• Introduction to grappling and self-defence techniques.

fire department prep & test
This 10-week program targets those who are interested in joining local fire departments such as St Albert Fire Department, Edmonton Fire Department, or other emergency response related careers. The program is designed to prepare possible recruits for entry-level fitness testing and internal fitness testing for their designated fire department.
The program consists of:
• Physical fitness testing pre and post program to measure adaptation and physical fitness levels.
• Intermediate and advanced athletic style circuit classes that are designed to target metabolic conditioning (aerobic & anaerobic).
• Maximal Strength and Power Development for both lower and upper body using our Sports Performance & Occupational Health Track Corner.
• Task specific challenges and drills to prepare for physical evaluation and day-to-day tasks as a Fire Fighter.
