Are you a stay at home mom or dad? Do you do shift work, in school or have a bit of free time during the day? Make your schedule work to your advantage and get pushed to the limit. On each day you will get 2 hours of group personal training that includes strength, cardio and core training. The program consists of before and after body composition and fitness tests. This class is about one thing – results – so toughen up.

Want to be able to do a few more push-ups? Looking to get into that special dress? Join us for an intense workout three mornings a week. Whether you are getting married, graduating, or just want to push yourself to look and feel better – this class is sure to help you meet your goals. This class will be held outside some mornings, weather permitting.

basic training
In this 12 week program you will challenge yourself through drills that will bring all aspects of your fitness level up a notch. Each week will include running, strength, endurance, core conditioning and flexibility as you progress from week 1 – 12. Expect to work hard. The pay off? Results! Camp leader: G.I. Gina Geres. This class will be held outside early fall – weather permitting.

Take a weekend and ‘do what you are trained to do, what you are bred to do, what you are born to do’ and get ready to battle it out in a weekend long physical challenge. Fitness Professional GINA GERES and Sports Performance Specialist MICHAEL COOK team up to lead you through a weekend designed to put you to the test. Experience a diverse workout challenge: Both indoor/outdoor and land/water workouts. Individual, partner and entire team challenges will push you to your full potential. Be a real warrior.

the ‘bigger’ loser
“What have you done today to make you feel proud?” Heather Small The biggest winner will be the ‘biggest loser’ in this challenging 3-month program. This fall, servus place is premiering this program, based on the TV show in which 2 fitness trainers will help overweight participants transform their bodies and their health. This program will feature 3 group personal training classes a week, unique physical challenges, advice from a dietician, 4 meal planning sessions and weekly weigh ins. If you are overweight, have a BMI greater than 28, have no limiting injuries, need motivation and want to be the best you can be – call us. Space is limited. You’re 3 months away from being awesome.

walk this weigh (co-ed)
Be one-step ahead of New Year's resolutions by walking your weigh to a better you, fitter you, healthier you before the New Year arrives! Each class will include an educational component on health and fitness followed by a walking calorie burning exercise component. An exercise tracking system will be used as well as a progress report in each class. Healthy menus and take away fit tips will be included each week. This class is limited to 20 participants, register early to avoid disappointment.

bad girls
It’s time to strip away the good girl and let your inner bad girl out… for just an hour! This is a fun low impact cardio and strength workout designed to get you moving sensually. Flexibility training, stiletto strength movements and cardio strip make up this class. Don’t be afraid to be a little naughty. Warning: this class may loosen your hips and cause unwarranted attention!
