Achieve your goals through dry-land sport conditioning by working with our certified sport performance specialist. Sport specific training includes strength, power, speed, agility, flexibility and many other factors important to increasing performance. Training can be customized for individuals or teams.

fitness testing – specific to individual sports or general fitness

team training - agility & quickness

maximal & endurance strength training, olympic lifting, and speed development (includes assisted, resisted, and plyometrics)

individual training (as above) and nutritional advice

Every session will be coordinated by michael cook and instructed by one of the exercise & wellness specialists at servus place.

Michael brings a background of working with elite, professional and international athletes across various sports. As a sport & exercise scientist, michael focuses on techniques and methods that are proven to increase performance. He also holds his NCCP level 1 technical in olympic lifting and is certified as a strength & conditioning specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
