Please complete the party request form on our website. Our bookings assistant will contact you via e-mail or phone (with 48-hours monday to friday) once your request is received and let you know whether your requested date and time are available. Our bookings assistant will send you a complete party request form to complete once a date and time have been verified. The complete party request form must is required to book a room for any team or birthday party at servus place. how long can I play in the facility? When you arrive at servus place you will purchase wristbands for your guests. These wristbands are good throughout the day - you can play before and/or after your scheduled room rental. If you are only renting an exclusive space for your party and not playing in the pool, playground etc, you do not require wristbands. where do I go when I come for my party? The room will be opened for your scheduled rental time only if it is not, please stop by the Guest and Member Services desk to ask for a facility host to open your party room. can I book any of the play spaces for my party? The landrex water play centre, leisure ice (seasonal), indoor playground and gymnasium court #1 are considered spontaneous use areas and are always open to the public (not available to rent for exclusive use). If you want to book gymnasium court #3, an ice surface or a field house, we can assist you in making those arrangements however; these spaces are subject to availability and extra rental fees. what if I need to cancel the party? In the event that you must cancel your party booking, you will receive a full refund (less a $15.00 administration fee) when sufficient notice is given – minimum of five (5) business days prior to the party date. kerri shewchuk servus credit union place

how do I book a party room?
can I bring in my own food?
To ensure all food served meets health & safety regulations we ask that only
*commercially prepared and packaged food be brought into the facility; the only exception is a birthday cake – which can be homemade.
*(pizza ordered from a licensed business, fruit or veggie platters prepared by a local grocery store or wholesale supplier.)
