prenatal pilates
Are you expecting and looking to prepare your body and mind for labour? Our prenatal pilates program is designed to help you feel stronger and increase your mind-body awareness. Improve your posture while strengthening your body as it changes. New to pilates? You are welcome to join, as no previous experience is necessary!
*instructor will give options between seated and standing postures for your comfort.

prenatal yoga
Join a practice that will remind you to slow down and listen to your pregnant body as it changes. Remind yourself to trust in your body’s birthing wisdom and prepare your body for labour. The yoga poses will strengthen and balance your body for pregnancy and promote deep breathing, relaxation and inner stillness and focus.
* instructor will provide options for postures based on your trimester.

prenatal KINESIS™
Prenatal KINESIS™ is focused on keeping you and your baby strong and healthy. Our instructor will lead your through KINESIS™ movements and exercises to increase muscular strength, endurance and improve your posture and body awareness as your body changes during pregnancy. Healthy and fit new mothers mean healthy and happy babies!
