time capsule

During a community celebration on sunday, january 28th, servus credit union place sealed away a time capule into the walls of the facility for at least the next 50 years!

This time capsule is a symbol of the servus place vision to inspire healthy experiences through ageless play. It includes a variety of ways that residents in 2007 choose to 'play' and we hope that residents in the future have fun when openeing the time capsule - and seeing how the methods of play have changed!

this time capsule includes:

- a letter from Mayor Paul Chalifoux and a City of St Albert lapel pin
- the latest edition of the St. Albert Gazette
- the latest edition of the Saint City News
- the winter 2007 program guide for servus place
- the 2007 membership brochure for servus place
- a guest book signed by the employees of the facility as well as those residents who joined us during the community celebration
- the PCL Story (the 1st 100 years), donated by PCL
- an autographed 2007 Edmonton RUSH lacrosse jersey, donated by the Edmonton RUSH
- Nike FREE shoes, donated by Sport Chek in St Albert Centre
- (2) autographed mini hockey sticks, donated by the men's and women's MacEwan Griffins hockey teams
- a camouflage bikini, donated by Sublime Swimwear
