lost & found

q1. Where are the lost & found items kept?

All lost and found items, with the exception of items found in our water play centre, are brought to the main guest & member services desk where there is a rubbermaid bin for that day's lost and found items. At the end of the day any unclaimed items (that are not considered ‘valuable’ will be placed in the wooden box in front of the children’s play centre). All items considered 'valuable' remain at the guest & member services desk.

q2. What happens to the lost & found items

Twice a month any unclaimed items will be bagged and removed from the facility by an operations staff member who will deliver the contents to a local charity.

q3. What happens to the lost & found items in the water play centre?

Aquatics staff will take all of the items found in their area daily to the dryer upstairs and will then bring them down the next morning and put them in the appropriate storage bin.

q4. What happens to non-valuable personal items?

All personal non-valuable items (hairbrushes, underwear, socks, etc.) are thrown out immediately.

q5. What happens to lost & found valuables?

All personal valuable items (such as wallets, jewellery etc.) are to be given to the guest & member services desk, where the guest services coordinator will specify a locked place for the storage of these items. If a wallet is found, every effort will be made to contact the owner and let them know that we are in possession of their wallet or purse.
