q1. What meeting spaces and services are offered?

Rentable meeting rooms available at servus credit union place include:

1. the qualico communities boardroom
2. the multi-purpose room
3. the morinville meeting room(s)
4. sobeys active living centre

A detailed list of capacities and amenities for each of these rentable spaces will be provided shortly.

q2. What is the procedure for booking/renting a meeting room?

All meeting room bookings must go through suzanne cooper, she can be contacted at 418.6081 or scooper@st-albert.net

q3. If a meeting room is empty at any given time, can anyone use it?

It is very important to book the room as per above, in order to avoid double-bookings.
