q3. What is the benefit to a continous or an annual membership vs a monthly membership?
Additional benefits with the purchase of an annual or continuous membership include:
- a complimentary facility orientation & tour
- four (4) complimentary play-for-a-day guest passes per year, per member
- one-week advanced registration for registered programs (some restrictions may apply)
- 10% discount on all registered programs at servus credit untion place
q4. Are subsidized rates available for low-income, disadvantaged residents who might not be able to afford the fees charged for memberships or day admissions?
The City of St. Albert Community Services Division has a fee subsidy program enabling support for those who need it.The intent is that all pass holders are treated equally inside the facility and how the payment for the pass is made remains between the municipality and the user. The aim is to ensure that all residents have equitable access to the facility regardless of income. Eligible families can purchase up to five family play-for-a-day passes annually at a discount of up to 75%.
Membership fees are not eligible for subsidized rates.
