q1. Are day users required to wear wristbands?

Yes, all day users must wear a wristband while they are using all areas of the facility (including the landrex water play centre).

q2. Are members required to wear wristbands?

Members are required to wear a wristband when using the community gymnasium, the field houses, the track & training centre, and any ice surface.

Members are not required to wear a wristband in the fitness & wellness centre or in the water play centre; however, they must have their membership card scanned (and visible in the fitness & wellness centre).

q3. Do the wristbands contain latex?

Our wristbands are latex free. They are safe for people with latex allergies.
