    Look alive soldier! This class uses interval and circuit training to bring your heart rate up and get those muscles working. Strength and endurance training will make those muscles burn. Get down & give me 20!

    Join a workout that challenges your glute and abdominal muscles. This 30-minute class will make you glad you got off your but before the weekend arrives!
