    Fitness Studio

    A fabulous cross-training experience which incorporates all the tools of the trade…step, hand weights, resistance, exercise balls and body bars… into one great calorie burning workout!

    Membership or drop-in admission required – please get your daily wristband from Guest Services and/or Admissions Desk upon arrival.

    Troy Murray Arena

  • 5:45pm - 6:45pm

    Fitness Studio

    One full hour of calorie burning, heart pumping, kick boxing moves and low impact or jumping cardio mix! There is something for everyone. This class will end with abs-core-flexibility.
